Nutrition is one of the most important factors for a successful polar expedition. We serve nutritious and satisfying meals that will help you be well prepared for your trip. Typical meals include warm granola for breakfast, cheese crackers, salami or dried fish for lunch, and freeze-dried food for dinner. These meals are complemented by plenty of snacks including chocolate, biscuits, dried fruit and nuts, and hot drinks. At camp sites and when visiting indigenous peoples, expedition participants will be treated to hot dishes of Russian and Dolgan cuisine.
